Got a WAY late start on NaNo - didn't start writing until this evening. I'm still not really ready to start writing, and almost bagged the whole thing again this year. As it is, some of my writing time is going to be wasted in outlining and developing characters and such. I only had my two main characters named when I started tonight, and had to make up half a dozen minor characters, at least by first name, in the tiny bit I did manage to write.
Only did 863 words tonight, so I'm ... let's see ... 4,138 words behind at this point.
Wish me luck. (Not that anyone is seeing this. I'm mainly putting these here just for my own benefit. to give me a bit of discipline).
